1. Open a New Image 300x400

2. Custom Selection : Selection Tool - Rectangle - Custom Selection Icon on Tool Option - Settings :



If You use PSP8 : Selection Tool - Rectangle : Make a selection start from the top (0) left corner (0), all the way to the right (300) , down to 250 px. You can see where you are at the Statusbar at the bottom of you PSP.

3. Floodfill with Pattern ©ys_droppattern. Colorize (SHIFT+L) if the color don't fit your Tube.

4. Invert Selection (CTRL+SHIFT+I) : Selection - Invert.

5. Floodfill with a color fitting your tube. My choice : #93591E

6. Add Blinds : Effects - Texture - Blinds - Settings :


Color : A Darker nuance than your Solid background Color. My choice : #442209

7. Add Drop Shadow : Effects - 3D - Drop Shadow - Settings :


Color : Same as in Blinds.

8. Invert Selection again (CTRL+SHIFT+I).

9. Add Drop Shadow again - Settings : Same as before. Deselect.

10. Add the Drop, on a new layer, put it into place, depends on the shape of your tube.

11. Colorize (SHIFT+L) your Drop, fitting your tube and background. I used these settings : 18, 181.

12. Duplicate the Drop Layer. Resize (SHIFT+S) Settings : 50%

13. Duplicate the Resized Drop Layer. Resize (SHIFT+S) Settings : 75%

14. Put the two Resized Drop Layer into Place.

15. Add Border : Image - Add Border - Settings : Symetric,1 px, color : same as Drop Shadow and Blinds.

16. Add Border : Symetric 8px, color : same as the solid background.

17. Magic Wand at the 8px border. Floodfill with the pattern of your Tag Image (browse for it on Material) - Settings :


Deselect

18. Add Border - Settings : Symetric, 1px, color :same as the other 1 px Border

The Background is finnished, save it or export if you like, for use another time.

19. Add your Tube at a New Layer

20. Add the ©-Info, according to Artists ToU . In my case : ©www.artmam.com ~~ Victor Orishchak

21. Duplicate your Tube. Hide the Top Tube Layer, and Activate the Bottom Tube Layer.

22. Add DSB Flux Mirror : Effects - plugs In - dsb flux - Mirror

23. Add Jiggle : Effects - Plugs In - Eye Candy 3.1 - Jiggle - Settings :

24. Set Jiggle Layer Opacity to 38.

25. Select All (CTRL+A). Contract Selection : Selection - Modify - Contract - Settings : 10

26. Invert Selection (CTRL+SHIFT+I). Hit the Delete Key at your key board. All the jiggles on the border are gone. If you need to, use this at your Tube Layer.

27. Make your Top Tube Layer Visible and Active. Add Drop Shadow - Settings :

28. Add Your Text.

29. If you used Vector, Convert to raster layer : Rightclick at the Vector Layer at Layer Palette - Convert to Raster Layer

30. Add Drop Shadow - Settings :

´Color : lighter nuance from the Tag background. My choice : #A35A1F

31. Export as jpg or gif.
